This individual has achieved unit 403 Business concepts. They are able to: Understand the relationship between business objectives and structures, how the external environment affects business models, be able to lead a team, and understand how finance affects a business operation.
This individual has achieved unit 404 Project management. They are able to: Understand why organisations use project management, how to set up projects, be able to use management tools to maintain, control, and monitor projects and be able to review projects at all stages.
