Racial Equity Working Group Representative - Skills Credentialling

Acts as a forum to define specific priorities and take related actions for Skills Credentialing to achieve Racial Equity across all its functions

Acts as a source of guidance and direction on racial equality to the business in interpreting and enacting change against the agreed priorities.

Ensures the priorities agreed align with the Group-wide Inclusion & Diveristy plan and the wider Group strategy while having the flexibility to identify actions that meet the specific needs of Skills Credentialing.

Discusses and reviews core issues related to strategic business decisions, employee experience, products and services and customer experience relating to or impacting on racial equality

The group will also define what success looks like and establish the impact of the working group across the business.
