Supervisors Skills - Development Programme for Debt Advice Supervisors

The holder of this credential has completed a programme in supervisor skills, delivered by the Money Advice Trust. The programme covers the skills and knowledge required to develop newly promoted or existing debt advice supervisors. This individual has learnt communication skills and managing common challenges, time management, coaching and supporting their team, supporting those in crisis, how to give and receive feedback and how to have courageous conversations.
