Psychological Safety

The holder of this credential has completed a programme in Psychological Safety delivered by Our Training Department (OTD). The programme covers the knowledge required to practice psychological safety. This individual has learnt how they can impact the creation of an environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and included, enabling then to be more open, creative, and collaborative, without fear of judgment or negative consequences.
