This CPD module has provided this person with the opportunity to refresh existing knowledge, improve skills, and keep up to date in the profession/industry.
This person has undertaken a refresher in accessing of trees through climbing and by Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) to carry out rescues of both conscious and unconscious casualties.
This person has completed an appropriate skills test which has been scored. Each skills test has a minimum score for the CPD module to be achieved.
The assessor has completed a feedback form on this person’s performance in the skills test with any recommendations required.
