Cultural Excellence

This learning programme ‘Cultural Excellence in Museums’ is delivered by KCA London. It is assured by City & Guilds and demonstrates that the organisation has world-class systems in place to design, deliver and maintain these programmes. On completion, individuals understand the tools needed to run and showcase what a leading museum has to offer. They have learnt the specific museum management skills, providing them with the grounding to transfer this understanding to the staff in their areas.
