They will demonstrate competence in recognising hazards and risks and the range of PPE relevant to the task being completed. They will understand a range of information sources in supporting safe working practices and take action in the event of emergencies.
This person has achieved the skills and knowledge for mandatory unit 502 Working effectively and efficiently in the power sector. They will demonstrate competence in applying appropriate planning processes whilst preparing to complete allocated tasks. They will recognise problems or areas for improvement and respond appropriately. They will create and maintain effective working relationships, and contribute to own development programme.
This person has achieved the skills and knowledge for mandatory unit 503 Using and communicating technical information in the power sector. They will demonstrate competence in recognising information sources. They will obtain information contained in information sources. They and record and communicate technical information.
