This learner can identify learners training needs and/or specific needs, recognise differences between learners and different learning styles.
They are able to understand the principles of planning and preparation, know how to plan and structure sessions and how to select, create and adapt necessary resources.
The learner is able to use appropriate instructions and coaching techniques and methods, work in an appropriate and safe learning environment and provide observation and feedback.
They can identify the principles of assessment, use different assessment methods, check performance against criteria and provide feedback.
