Award in Tree Climbing and Rescue

This standard covers the accessing of trees through climbing (both ladders and using climbing equipment) and by Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) to carry out rescues in a variety of contexts (pruning operation, cutting, dismantle or rigging). The aerial rescues include recovery of both conscious and unconscious casualties. The minimum age for learners is 16 Ofqual Accreditation No: 600/6620/9
