The holder of this credential has completed a programme in Detection Dog Handling and Instructing, delivered by The College of Scent Dogs. The programme covers the skills and knowledge required to achieve a competent level of search dog handling and to share their knowledge. This individual has learnt how to demonstrate successful scent searches in a range of settings, they have also learnt how to design scent-based training to share with others.
